まるさんがいた頃、まるさんとみりの寝る場所が被ることはなかった。
はなとみりは好みの場所がよく似ていて、同じ猫ベッドを、今日ははなが使ってる、
今日はみりが使ってるのね、なんていうことがしょっちゅう。
でも、まるさんがよく使っていた寝床を、みりが使っているところは見たことがなかった。

一方はなは、まるさんがいなくなった後、このベッドの上には一度も行っていない。
思い出が多すぎるから行きたくないのか、あるいは、まるさんがそこにいたから行っていただけなのか。
