みりは――
In case of Miri,
みり：「こんな早く起きて何するの？」
Miri:[What are you going to do getting up this early?]
一緒に起きてうろちょろしてる。
Miri gets up with me.
そしてまるさんは――
And in the case of Maru,
まる：「起きたらまずご飯！ いつでも準備は万端です。」
Maru:[Anyway, breakfast! I’m already ready to eat.]
何時だろうが、起きたらまずご飯！ なまるさん。
No matter what time Maru gets up, he wants to eat breakfast first.
