朝まるは、とにかく従順。
Morning Maru is so obedient.
おいで、と呼んだらどこへでも来るし、誰が呼んでも駆けつける。

When I say “come here,” Maru always comes.
And no matter who calls, he goes to that person.

まる：「朝ごはんを食べるまでの、期間限定でございます。」

朝ごはんを食べ終わったら、呼んだって来やしない。
After breakfast, if I call Maru, he won’t come.
はなは、少し前までは「はな！」って呼ぶといつだって駆けつけてくれたのに、
最近は来ないことを覚えてしまった。特に、夜の歯磨き前とか。
Hana used to come to me running whenever I called.

はなは、呼ぶといつだって小走りで来てくれたから、呼んでも来ないのは地味に寂しい。

一番困るのが、このお方。
「みり！ おいで！」って言ったところで来ない。「はあ？」って返事される時もある。
そして何より困るのが、「ごはん」とか「食べる？」のワードを出しても来ないし、
最終手段としておやつの小袋を実際に手に持ったって、来ない。
チビの頃だったら、ボールの一つでも転がせばすっ飛んできたけど、今はそれも通用しない。
みりさん、どうやったら来てくれるんですか？
I have the biggest problem with Miri.
When I say, “Come on, Miri!” she doesn’t come.
And in her case, if I say “Meal!” or “Eat?” she never comes.
