吹き抜けで、まるが梁の上を大冒険してそれがあまりにもハラハラさせるものだったので、ネットで塞いだのはもう８年も前のこと。（まるは勇敢だけど鈍いので！）
ネットを付けたばかりの頃は、下で呼ぶとよくネットに引っかかっていたまるとはな。
Eight years ago, Maru had a great adventure on a beam. The adventure made me very worried. So I added a net so he couldn’t go on the beam.
When I called Maru&Hana downstairs after putting on the net, they often got caught in it.
まるーはなー、下においで―。
Hey Maru&Hana, please come down!
まる：「行きたいのは山々なのですが」
はな：「ネットに引っかかって行かれないの！」
Maru:[Of course, I want to go down.]
Hana:[But we can’t go down because we’re got caught in the net!]
はな：「どうやったって下に行かれない！ どうしよう！ これ以上やったら、ところてんみたいになっちゃうかも！」
Hana:[This net gets in my way. I want to go downstairs right now!
If I push my face against the net any more, I may become tokoroten.]
そんな状態がしばし続き、やがて下で呼ぶとすぐに階段に向かうようになり、そして現在。
After a while, as soon as they were called, they began to head for the stairs.
And now,
まる：「呼ばれたところで行きませんけどね。」
Maru:[I won’t go down even if you call me. Because I have no business with you.]
今はみりがネットに引っかかる。
And Miri gets caught in the net.
みり：「あたし下で呼ばれてる！」
Miri:[Did you call my name?]
みり：「でもネットに引っかかって行かれないの！」
Miri:[But I got caught in the net and I can’t go down!]
みり：「もうこのネット、どうにかならないかしら？」
Miri:[Unfortunately, I cannot remove this net.]
みり：「ところてんになってもいい？」
Miri:[Can I be Tokoroten?]
