約５年ぶりに猫の利き手を調査しました！
はなは、昔も今も変わらず左利き。
I checked my cat’s dominant hand for the first time in about five years.
Hana was left-handed.
はな：「こんなの簡単！」
Hana:[It’s too easy!]
かなり器用です。
She is very skillful!
まるは、右利きだということは早くにわかったのですが、
不器用なのでなかなかおやつが取り出せない。
I recognized at once that Maru was right-handed.
But he was so clumsy that he could not get a snack easily.
まる：「ちょいちょい、ちょいちょいちょい！」
Maru:[Why doesn’t the snack go out?]
まる：「急いで突っ込めば顔でもいける！？」
Maru:[I put my face into the cup!]
残念ながらだいぶ届かず。
But his face never reached the bottom of the glass.
まる：「手についたおやつの匂いをかいでちょっと休憩。」
Maru:[I smell snacks on my hands and take a break.]
途中休憩が必要なほど時間がかかったまるでした。
He took so long that he needed a break in the middle.
初参戦のみりは、
This is Miri’s first challenge.
右手もいけるし、
左手もいけるし、
顔もいける！
Miri succeeded in her right hand, in her left hand, and in her face!
ネットを見るとオスは左利き、メスは右利きが多い、と書いてあったのですが、まるはなは逆ですね。みりは、若干右の方がよく使うかな？ という感じでしたが、両方使ってました。
