爪とぎ台がもうボロボロだったので、新しいのをプレゼント。
左が新しいので、右が古いのです。
Maru’s scratching board was tattered. Therefore I presented a new one to him.
The left is new one and the right is old one.
するとすかさずまるがやってきて――
Then Maru came over.
迷うことなく新しい方でポリポリ。さすが新しいもの好きなだけあります。
And he scratched with the new one without hesitating.
「新しいの好きです。これは研ぎがいがありますよ。」
Maru:[I like this! This new one is suitable for my scratching.]
でもその少し後で――
But few minutes later,
「やっぱり古いのも捨てがたい。肉球に馴染んだこの感触。」
Maru:[I like this old one, too. This fits to my paw well. ]
「どっちも好きー。」
Maru:[Wow, I like both of them!]
単なる欲張りさんでした。
