まる：「お水をいただきます。ジャブジャブ。」
Maru:[I soak my meat bun in water.]
まる：「ペロペロ。」
Maru:[And I lick.]
美味しそうな肉まん飲み。
以前は、スチール製の小さいお皿だったので飲みにくいから肉まん飲みをしているの
かと思っていましたが、大きな洗面器になっても変わらず肉まん飲みするまるさん。
きっと美味しいのでしょう。
There used to be water in a small steel dish.

But now it’s a big basin with water, but he still drinks water using a meat bun.

ヨギボはすっかりみり専用。
夜の寝はじめはヨギボで、その後、腕枕されに布団の中にやって来ます。
Yogibo is all for Miri now.
Miri sleeps in the yogi at the beginning of the night,
and then comes to me and begs for my arm-pillow.
はなは、長年夜は緑のクッションで寝ていましたが、
最近はこのどら焼きベッドで朝まで眠ります。
For many years Hana slept on a green cushion at night, but recently she sleeps until morning on a dorayaki bed on the sofa.
最初は1階のベッドの上で一人で寝ていますが、
深夜少しうろちょろしてソファの上のはなの隣に並べたベッドで寝たり、
早朝またうろちょろして2階のどら焼きベッドに行ったり、何かとうろちょろしがちなまるさん。
Maru sleeps alone in his bed on the first floor at the beginning of the night. But in the middle of the night he wanders and sleeps in the bed next to her on the sofa, or wanders again in the early morning and sleeps in the dorayaki bed on the second floor.
