足が沈むので、慎重に歩いていきます。
On a warm day, Maru enjoyed the snow garden.
He walks carefully because his feet sink in the snow.
はな：「雪だったら、少しなら歩ける！」
Hana:[I can walk on the snow too!]
濡れるのが嫌いなはなも、雪の上なら歩ける。
Hana hates getting wet, but she can walk on snow.
屋根から雪が落ちる音が怖くて、また洗面所にこもってしまったみり。
雪自体は大丈夫だけど、その音だけが苦手。
And Maru shut herself up in the washroom again.
She doesn’t mind the snow, but is afraid of the sound of it falling from the roof.
で、こちらは発泡スチロールのそりに乗っているまるさん。
This is Maru on the Styrofoam sled.
まる：「で、これはいつ動くのだね？」
Maru:[By the way, when does this sled move?]
表面が融けた雪は滑りが悪くて動かせません！
The sleigh won’t move any more because the melted snow isn’t slippery!
