今日はハロウィンキャンプをしましょう！
Let’s do Halloween camp today!
準備の最中から、そわそわ、うろちょろしていたまるさん。
出来栄えはいかがでしょうか？
Maru fidgeted all the time when I was getting ready.
How about?
まる：「ここでご飯を食べるのが楽しみです。」
Maru:[I look forward to eating here.]
みりは、最初バルーンに警戒していましたが、すぐに慣れました。
Miri was wary of balloons at first, but soon got used to them.
みり：「もう２才だからね！」
Miri:[I’m already two!]
はなは、そのかぼちゃのそばにずっといるね。
Hana’s always by the pumpkin’s side.
はな：「でっかくて丸いものってなんか落ち着くの。」
Hana:[I feel comfortable on the side of large, round objects.]
今回一番の目玉は、このクモの巣と大きなくもだったのですが…。
I thought they would be surprised by this spider.
まる：「ああ、クモですね。」
Maru:[It’s a spider. Of course I know.]
誰ひとりとして驚かず。
No one was surprised.
まる：「じゃあちょっと、ご飯になったら起こしてください。」
Maru:[Please wake me up at mealtime.]
そして念願のディナータイム！
And it’s dinner time!
夜はダラダラ食いすることが多いまるさんですが、
お外だとガツガツ食べてくれる。そして相変わらず盛大に零す。
はなはいつもの早食い、みりは、一粒ずつ丁寧に食べていく。
Maru often eats dinner slowly.
But when Maru eats out, he eats very hard.
そして、もうだいぶ遅い時間になったからもう帰るよ、と声をかけても帰ろうとしないまるさん。
テントから押し出そうとすると、お尻で押し返して抵抗します。
はなみりはもう帰りました。
It was getting quite late, so I told Maru to go home now, but he didn’t want to.
When I tried to push him out of the tent, he pushed back with his butt.
まる：「ここで寝ます。」
Maru:[I’ll sleep here.]
ダメです。
結局最後は強制撤去。
No!
I forcibly removed Maru.
