お風呂場が異様に好きなまるさん。湿度がいいのか、ちょっとひんやりした感じがいいのか、お風呂の中で一人遊びすることが多かった。
Maru really likes the bathroom.
びしょ濡れでもお構いなしに中に入るから、抱っこするとびしょ濡れなことが多い。（これは今も変わらない）
Maru goes in the bathtub even if it’s wet, so he’s often wet when I hold him.
ずっとお風呂場で遊んでいるから何をしているんだろうと様子を見に行くと――

まる：「何か御用ですか？ 別に悪さはしてませんけど。」

さっきまで盛大に洗面所のゴミ受けをお風呂の中で転がしていたはずなのに、見に行くと急にやめたりする。
そしてまたリビングに戻ると、ガコンガコン！ とすごい音を鳴らしながらお風呂場で遊び始めるまるさん。
When I go see Maru, he stops playing. And when I return to the living room, he starts playing again with a loud noise.
