まる：「わたくしが乗り込むとこいのぼりが泳ぎません。」
Maru:[When I ride this elephant, these carp streamers stop swimming.]
すべての風をまるさんの大きな頭で受け止める。
His big head catches all the wind.
はなさんは順番待ち？
Are you waiting for your turn, Hana?
はな：「いいえ。あんな風びゅーびゅーなところには入れません。」
Hana:[No. I want to get on it.]
初めて見る扇風機に、最初は怖がってなかなかお庭から帰ってこなかったみり。
Miri was afraid of the electric fan she had never seen before.
みり：「何あれ、びゅーびゅーすごい音が鳴ってる。」
Miri:[What is that? That makes a big noise and makes a strong wind!]
でもまる兄さんが入ってるのを見て、すぐに慣れた。
But as Maru entered comfortably, Miri soon got used to it.
大きくなったと思っていましたが、ゾウさんにまだまだ余裕がある！
